From an early age, he gained invaluable experience working in his family’s business, which laid the foundation for his impressive career. After earning a degree from Virginia Commonwealth University with a concentration in Real Estate & Urban Land Development, Matt further honed his skills through roles in property management and banking before moving to the Outer Banks full-time in 2002 with his wife and children.
